Ingredients
Chicken breast/ Thigh (0.3 pounds)
Zucchini (1, medium)
Carrot (1, medium)
Celery stalk (1.5 cups chopped)
Lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
Lemon peel (from 1 lemon)
Onion (1 medium)
Chicken stock (6 and 1/4 cups)
Parsley (3 branches)
Olive oil (1.5 tablespoons)
Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
Recipe – 15min prep / 30min cooking time
Boil the chicken in 6 and 1/4 cups of water.
Allow the resulting chicken broth to cool.
Cut all the vegetables into cubes.
