Celery leaf (2 tbsp)
Fresh basil leaf (2 tbsp)
Fresh parsley (2 tbsp)
Fresh Mint (2 tbsp)
Olive oil (3 tbsp)
Freshly squeezed orange juice (2 fl oz)
Sugar (1/2 tsp)
Recipe – 20min prep / 25min cooking time
To prepare the mung beans, put them in a saucepan.
Add enough water to get over it.
Boil the beans for 20 minutes.
Drain the boiled beans and keep them aside to cool.
Clean the strawberries well and cut them into four parts.
Finely dice the apple.
Chop the cucumbers into cubes.
Wash and dry the spinach thoroughly, then place them in the salad bowl.
Recommendation: Make sure you wash and dry all vegetables very well.
Add strawberries and apples on top of baby spinach.
Roughly chop the fresh mint, celery leaves, parsley, and fresh basil and add to the salad bowl.

Place halved cherry tomatoes on the sides of each bowl.
Place chopped cucumber on the sides of the bowls.
